As a former collegiate and post-collegiate track and field athlete with over 8 years of dedicated strength training and over 2 years of Personal and Small Group Training, I understand the challenges and rewards of pushing your physical limits. I'm passionate about empowering individuals of all levels, from aspiring athletes to those simply seeking a healthier lifestyle.
My approach is fundamentally holistic, meaning I view your fitness journey through a wide lens that extends far beyond the gym floor. While effective training is central to our work, we'll also dive into the crucial pillars of your well-being: nutrition, sleep quality, stress management, and mindfulness. My goal is to empower you to understand how all these elements intersect, creating a lifestyle that supports long-term health and vitality.
